You won't believe how bad the support is. It's honestly the worst I've ever encountered.

This product is really impressive: data ingestion, features, usability, you name it—definitely a 10/10.

But man, the love fades fast when you run into a problem and need support. They’ve got this drop-down menu for setting priority, and twice I’ve marked it as critical, yet the first reply took over 24 hours. When they finally got back to me, it was a real hassle—just a bunch of back and forth with suggestions like 'try this, try that.' It felt like they were just throwing darts in the dark. I only got a solid answer after escalating the issue and chatting with an engineer, who sorted it out in just 5 minutes.

Now, I’m sitting on another critical ticket that’s about to hit the 24-hour mark with no word back. It’s pretty pathetic.

At our startup, we rely on Amplitude for nearly all our product analytics needs. Their free plan is quite comprehensive, allowing even smaller teams and startups to utilize it at no cost for an extended period. Now that we've grown, we’ve opted for the Growth Plan, and overall, we’re really happy with it. Amplitude frequently rolls out updates that have given us deeper insights into our users and customers. Plus, the graphs can be shared easily, which is a big win compared to Google Analytics, making collaboration a breeze.

Up to now, it's been really helpful, especially for analyzing cohorts.
